ENGINEERING OUTCOME
Three wireless capabilities in one engineering foundation
BM5270-UWB integrates Nordic processing and Bluetooth LE, nRF7002 Wi‑Fi 6 and a UWB transceiver with the RF circuitry needed to evaluate combined connectivity and ranging architectures. The module was developed to reduce duplicated platform work in tags, anchors, gateways and connected devices that cannot be served by one radio alone.
Its software work included reusable hardware abstraction, Zephyr integration and ranging foundations for real-time location systems. That experience now informs ABTC’s current BlueModule and custom UWB developments.
BLE + Wi-Fi 6 + UWB
A multiradio platform for commissioning, data connectivity and precision ranging.
Zephyr foundation
Structured embedded integration designed for reusable drivers, middleware and application work.
RTLS know-how
A platform created to validate ranging, anchors, tags and indoor positioning concepts.
This page documents a product created through a funded research and development programme. It remains part of ABTC’s technical portfolio and records the engineering capability established through that work.
