ELECTRONIC PRODUCT ENGINEERING

When Technology becomes Art

We are an electronic engineering company because we love creating technology. At ABTC, engineering becomes art when a product is not only technically correct, but also makes people feel that every detail has been understood and intentionally designed.

ENGINEERS SPEAKING TO ENGINEERS

We understand the complete electronic product, down to board level

ABTC is composed exclusively of electronic and telecommunications engineers specialised in electronic product design. Because the people discussing your requirements are also able to understand the schematic, PCB, radio, firmware and production constraints behind them, essential product decisions are never lost between commercial and technical layers.

The company was founded by electronic engineer Javier Longares Abaiz, who brings more than 20 years of experience designing professional electronic products. That experience shapes a practical culture: listen carefully, expose risk honestly and transform complex requirements into electronics that can be measured, manufactured and maintained.

FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION

Engineering evidence at every stage

We can own a complete product development, reinforce an existing team or recover a prototype that is not ready for manufacture. The goal is always the same: reduce uncertainty with architecture, reviews, measurements, tests and documentation that another engineer can maintain.

  1. 01

    Frame the product

Requirements, risks, interfaces, sourcing and certification assumptions.

  2. 02

    Build the baseline

System architecture, acceptance criteria and controlled implementation.

  3. 03

    Integrate and verify

Board bring-up, RF and power measurements, firmware tests and fault analysis.

  4. 04

    Prepare production

Manufacturing files, production test, documentation and clean handover.

REUSABLE ENGINEERING FOUNDATIONS

Reuse what has been validated. Customise what defines the product.

ABTC maintains internal hardware, firmware, test and documentation foundations that can reduce repeated engineering work. They are not presented as a public product catalogue: each client architecture is selected around the real RF, mechanical, certification, cost and production constraints.

INDEPENDENT DELIVERY EVIDENCE

A public record of engineering work

ABTC does not publish confidential client projects without permission. Independent public profiles nevertheless provide a verifiable record of long-term delivery, repeat work and client satisfaction.
